Why I chose this profession

From an early age I've been fascinated by the human mind and the enormous potential we each carry within us. That is what drew me to psychology: wanting to understand people better and to help them discover and develop their own resources. Over time, this interest grew into my idea of mental fitness: everyday care and training for the mind, just as we care for and train our bodies.

How I work

I help people understand themselves better, deal with overthinking and anxiety, and build greater mental resilience.

I believe every person has the resources to change and grow. In my work I use approaches and techniques from Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy, NLP and mindfulness, adapted to the individual needs of the person in front of me.

Who I work with

I work with adults online and in person at my practice, and with children and adolescents under 18 in person.

With adults, my work focuses on topics such as anxiety, overthinking, emotional difficulties, relationships, self-knowledge and personal growth. With children and adolescents, I work with emotional and behavioural difficulties, anxiety, low self-esteem, and difficulties with communication and adjustment.
