Hello

Hello, I'm Veronika.

I work with people struggling with overthinking, anxiety, pressure and self-doubt. My aim is to help you turn your mind into your ally.

I believe good therapeutic work starts with trust. So our first task is to build a relationship in which you can speak openly, at your own pace.

Approach

What working together looks like

  1. Attention to you

We start from your experience and the questions that matter to you — not from a ready-made formula.

  2. Clear agreements

Early on we talk about how often to meet, what you hope for, and how we'll know whether our work is helping.

  3. Confidentiality

What you share stays between us, within the limits of professional ethics and the law.

  4. One step at a time

Change is rarely sudden. We work gradually, respecting your pace and your boundaries.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What happens in the first session?

The first session is a chance to meet. We'll talk about what brings you, what you'd like to change and what you expect. You're welcome to ask about how I work. At the end, we'll decide together whether it makes sense to continue.

Are online sessions as effective as meeting in person?

For many people, online sessions are a convenient and worthwhile option. You'll need a stable connection and a quiet place where you won't be interrupted. If you're unsure which format suits you, we can talk it through.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. What we discuss in sessions is confidential. The only exceptions are those required by law — for example, when someone's life is at serious risk. If such a situation ever arose, we would talk about it openly.

What if I need to cancel?

We'll go through the cancellation and rescheduling policy when we arrange your first session, so you know what to expect in advance.

Which languages do you work in?

Sessions are available in: Bulgarian and English.

Can we meet briefly first?

Yes. You can book a free 15-minute introductory online call to get to know each other and see whether working together feels right for you.
