How personal data sent through this website is collected, used and stored.

Draft: this is sample text awaiting the practitioner's review and approval before the site goes live.

Last updated: [date]. This text is a template and should be reviewed by the practitioner and, where needed, a lawyer before publication.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Veronika Mihaylova, email: veronika.m.psychologist@gmail.com.

What I collect

When you book a session online, I collect only your name, email, phone (optional) and a short note (optional). When you contact me by email, phone or WhatsApp, I receive the details you choose to share.

Please don't send sensitive health information when booking. We'll have time to talk about it in the session itself.

How I use it

  • To book and confirm your session, and to contact you about it.
  • To answer your questions when you get in touch.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who has access

Online booking is handled by Cal.com, which stores your booking details and sends confirmations and reminders. Paid sessions are paid online through Stripe: your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never pass through this website. For the booking, Stripe also stores your name, email, phone and note. Cal.com and Stripe act as data processors. I don't sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long it is kept

Booking data that doesn't lead to a consultation is deleted after [period, e.g. 6 months]. Session records are kept in line with professional and legal requirements.

Cookies

This site uses only necessary technical cookies unless you allow optional services in cookie preferences.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
