How I can help
Overthinking
When your mind won't stop analysing, replaying conversations and looking for the "right" answer, even when you're exhausted.
What it can feel like
Thinking helps us plan and solve problems. Sometimes, though, it turns into an endless loop: you analyse, go back over what was said, imagine every possible scenario, and instead of clarity you get more tiredness and tension.
Overthinking often goes hand in hand with anxiety, perfectionism or a harsh inner critic. You might look calm on the outside while your mind works without a break.
How we can work with it
Together we look at when the loop starts, which topics set it off, and what it's trying to achieve: certainty, control, avoiding mistakes. We practise noticing that moment and choosing a different response.
The work also includes practical skills for mental resilience: ways to come back to the present, calm the body, and make decisions with enough information rather than "perfect" information.
What to expect
The aim isn't to stop thinking, but for your thoughts to become a tool rather than a source of exhaustion. Change comes gradually and with practice, much like training.
