How I can help

Self-esteem and confidence

When your inner voice is harsher with you than you would ever be with anyone else.

What it can feel like

Low self-esteem is rarely visible from the outside. Someone can be successful, loved and capable, and still feel that they're not enough. Compliments don't stick, while mistakes are replayed for a long time.

This often leads to over-trying, avoiding risks, or relationships in which your own needs end up at the back of the queue.

How we can work with it

We begin with curiosity: where does that strict inner voice come from, and what role did it once play? Many of these beliefs formed to protect us, but may no longer serve us today.

Together we look for a more balanced, more caring way of relating to yourself, and practise small steps towards taking up more space — in conversations, in decisions, in your own life.

What to expect

Changing how we see ourselves happens gradually. It isn't about feeling confident all the time, but about having more steadiness and kindness towards yourself when you don't.
